Scarlet Communication Solutions was formed through a merger of two successful independent consultancies - Sarah Clothier PR and Kath Harding Strategic Consultancy - to formalise a long standing working relationship to provide advice and support on all aspects of communications, including strategic development, marketing, public relations, media buying, design and print, event management and video production.
